Heroic Flaws: Samson

Sunday, July 27, 2014
 » Judges 16:15-22

We have caricatures of Samson as the ultimate body builder. His actual story is that of a hero without a halo: Samson was a man who was led by God to use his gifts but forgot that God was the source of his gift.

Worship at Peachtree

Worship is the overflow of God's own life inside us. Even deeper, our worship is the overflow of God's own life from inside us. It's not just "me and God." Together, we pray, learn, serve and celebrate.

Every Sunday we have five services in two venues, the Sanctuary and the Summit.

Dress – People dress from casual to Sunday best in all services.

Parents – In proximity to both worship venues there are comfortable café worship spaces for nursing moms as well as young families.

After worship, our praise on the inside becomes action on the outside. We go out to care for the poor, love our neighbors, befriend the stranger and share Christ out of love for God.
