CELEBRATING WORLD CHRISTIANITY
Looking for a place to learn more about where and how God is working through Christians around the world? “Latitude and Longitude” is a Sunday morning adult class (11: 15 in Room 2303) with an international focus. It studies the issues which affect God’s Church around the world and provides a venue to showcase our global ministry partners or others who will help us grow deeper in our understanding of Peachtree’s call to “carry God’s love to the world” (the “Latitude”). In addition, it celebrates the vitality of Christianity as seen through the work and witness of the Church and our own congregation’s partnership with and commitment to the Global Church (the “Longitude”). We welcome anyone currently without a Sunday School class “home” to join this intergenerational group who share a curiosity about the world and the dynamic presence of Christians within that world. Those already attending another class are encouraged to “drop in” for specific topics. Contact Staci Graham, Associate Director of Global Ministry, at sgraham@peachtreepres.org or phone her at 404-842-2198.
