The Adult Ministry encompasses that segment of our congregation that includes married couples (not yet retired) with grown children, and single adults over the age of 35. The heart of the Adult Ministry is expressed primarily in a variety of smaller communities that meet each Sunday morning. Each of these gatherings maintains an active calendar of social events, service projects and opportunities for growing deeper in your faith. Without a doubt, the best way to experience Peachtree’s ministry to Adults is as follows:
Sunday mornings @ 8:45
The Mariners (Couples and Singles 50s+)
Sunday mornings @ 10:00
The Seekers (Couples 50s+)
Celebration (Couples 50s+)
Credence (Couples 50s+)
Discovery (Couples and Singles 50s+)
Unity (Couples 50s+)
The VINE (Singles mid 30s to late 40s)
Single Horizons (Singles late 40s+)
Sunday mornings @ 11:15
Heritage (Couples 50s+)
Prime time Friends (Singles 60s+)
In addition to these communities, the Adult Ministry seeks to gather this segment of our congregation periodically in events that bring everyone together for service or fellowship. Such events include the appreciation dinner for families of members serving in the military (The “Patriots Dinner”), and working on projects for the Foundation for Hospital Art.
