Thank you for your interest in serving in Children’s Ministry.

In compliance with Peachtree’s Child Protection Policy, all persons who work with our children undergo an application and screening process. There are three parts to the application: the application form, a references form, and a form giving permission for Peachtree to conduct a criminal background check.

Please print and complete the three forms as soon as possible and return them to the Operations Office on the 2nd floor of the church or a Children’s Ministry staff member or mail to the following address:

Once your application has been processed, you will be contacted by a member of the Children’s Ministry staff regarding serving.
