Peachtree's Pastoral Care team for families C.A.R.E.S. for our
children and families by providing care which is:
Christ-like and Confidential
Active and Prayerful
Real and Practical
Encouraging and Loving
Structured and Individualized
While care is provided throughout the life changes of the family,
specific times are when a baby is born, a child or adult is ill, injured,
or hospitalized, a family member dies, parents divorce, and when a
child has special developmental needs.

RAINBOWS is a peer support group program for
children who have experienced loss due to
death, separation, divorce, serious illness,
or other change in family situation. Groups,
led by trained facilitators, are open to
children, age 3 and older, from the
congregation and community. New groups begin
on September 3rd, 2008 and continue through
November, meeting from 5:00pm-5:45pm each
Wednesday. |
