*(These auditions are for NON-CHOIR children. All children who regularly participate in Peachtree’s choirs will have auditions during their regular choir rehearsals.)
Practices will be all Wednesdays in December, 6-7pm, plus Dec. 22 (3-7 pm with dinner) and Dec. 23 (4-6 pm with snack)

Camp S.O.S JR: Community and Global Mission Camp for rising 1st and 2nd graders
Rising 1st and 2nd graders, join us June 22-25, 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., as we explore how we are the “hands and feet of Jesus” in our community and in the world. During this 4-day camp we’ll learn about the people in our families, neighborhoods, community, and world to see how Jesus wants us to extend His love through serving them. More information will be available in spring 2009.

Camp S.O.S: Community and Global Mission Camp for rising 3rd and 4th graders
Rising 3rd and 4th graders, join us July 27-31, 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., as we explore how we are the “hands and feet of Jesus” in our community and global service camp. We’ll have fun as we build friendships, serve in our Atlanta community, experience our global community, and learn how Jesus wants us to share His message of hope, compassion, love, and forgiveness with others through the act of service. More information will be available spring 2009.

This is a great opportunity for elementary-aged children and a parent to serve in our community. During one or both weeks work with other Peachtree folks to share the VBS experience with children at the day shelter.

Celebrate the beginning of the holiday season as a community. Invite your friends and family and join us for a time to prepare our hearts and home for the birth of Jesus, our Savior! There will be a special Children’s Concert, gift making and many other activities that involve the whole family. Make it a special night and join us in the celebration.

Join us to celebrate the birth of Jesus at 3:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. These services are participatory and are targeted towards families with elementary and younger children.

We present Bibles to our children 3 times in our ministry. Children in our 2-year-old classes will receive a pre-school Bible on November 2nd, 2008. Kindergarteners will receive a new elementary Bible when they join 2:52 KidJam! on February 1st, 2009. Our 4th graders will be presented with a more youth focused Bible during the 11:15 service in the spring.

Join us for Vacation Bible School 2009, Going Global with God - Jamaica. VBS will be June 2 - 5, 2008; Monday thru Thursday from 9:30 am - 12:30 and ending with Family Night on Thursday, June 4. Registration for participants will begin in mid-February 2009 and continue thru April 15. Watch the Peachtree website for more information.
