Student's Ministry - Our Values and Mission

What We Are About

Our Values / We Are About
• Life transformation

Life transformation is reflected in:
• Seeking Christ and Spiritual Truth
• Creating a community of Faith
• Discerning Kingdom values that cultivate radical living
• Caring for the sick, poor and marginalized
• A Ministry of Reconciliation
Reconciled to God
Reconciled to one another within the faith community
Reconciled to the world around us

The result of the transformed life is:
• Honoring & Glorifying God with our lives

Our Mission
To invite into our ministry every student, wherever they are spiritually and assist them in becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Our Vision
Lives will be changed because of and for the glory of Jesus Christ.

Our Objectives
• Invite all high school students (John 7:37)
• Every kind of student is connected to someone somewhere in our ministry (Galatians 6:2)
• Introduce them to Jesus Christ in authentic, creative and respectful ways (Mark 2:4)
• Graduate students who are evangelistically, stewardship, discipleship and missions minded (Hebrews 5:13-6:1)
• Staff and volunteers are developing their gifts and having personal impact (1Corinthians 12:18-20)
• Spirit-led ministry (John 14:26)
